Melody Room B Hire, Harmony Hall
A first-floor hall in Walthamstow ideal for workshops, classes, group fitness, rehearsals, away-days and medium-sized celebrations. Seats up to 70 or holds 100 standing, with the flexibility to partition into two separate rooms (Melody Room A and Melody Room B) for smaller sessions or simultaneous bookings. A versatile space for community groups, dance and exercise classes, and private events.
Venue policies
- Bookings must be confirmed with a signed hire agreement and payment of the £250 security deposit before access is granted.
- Minimum hire period is 3 hours.
- Hire hours are 8am–10pm, Monday–Saturday. Sunday is fully booked
- Add-ons (kitchen, AV/PA, Round and rectangle tables, tablecloths, cleaning) must be requested at the time of booking. If you need fewer than the 10 on the add on list still book it and let us know we will adjust the bill.
- Cancellations and changes are subject to our standard terms and conditions, available on request.
- Melody Room A and Melody Room B are partitioned halves of the same first-floor hall and cannot be booked separately by two different hirers at the same time — if Melody Room A is booked, Melody Room B is unavailable for that time slot, and vice versa. Hirers wanting the full space should book Melody Room (Full).

Parking and loading
- On-street parking near the venue is restricted
- so we'd suggest allowing extra time or using public transport where possible. The Mall Walthamstow car park is nearby for hirers who prefer to drive. Loading access is available at the venue entrance for setting up and breaking down events.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
