Meeting Pod (P. Pod) Hire, Abbey Community Centre
Our P-Pod is a compact and comfortable space designed for up to four people. It provides a focused setting for small meetings, interviews, one-to-one sessions, private conversations or individual work.
With comfortable seating and access to guest Wi-Fi, it is a practical alternative when you do not need a full-sized meeting room.
As a community centre, we offer discounted rates for charities and groups delivering activities with a community purpose. Discounts may also be available for regular bookings and sessions lasting more than three hours. Please use the 'message venue' button below the map to discuss any requirements.
Please note the P. Pod is only available at weekends and evenings (after 17:30) if there in another booking already taking place in the centre.
After making the booking on Sharesy, a £150 refundable deposit is required to secure the space, which is returned after the event providing the deposit terms are met. This is taken directly by the venue after booking on Sharesy and is separate from hire fees.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
