A fantastic 5000sqft blank canvas set in a beautiful former Victorian warehouse with many inspiring architectural features; from the huge void of the main atrium, with its ten metre high, glass panelled ceiling, to the fabulous Victorian brickwork of its 19th century vaults – a highly versatile and flexible space that can easily be adapted to suit virtually any need. It has a standing capacity of 700 and a seated capacity of up to 250.
Perfect for events – from conferences and launches to intimate dinners, parties and receptions, fashion shows, for filming and for exhibitions.
Village Underground hire out in 10 hour periods - total of £15,000+ VAT. They do have some scope to negotiate on prices and swap hire fee for minimum spend, so do get in touch if you're interested.

House rules
- Arrival time: at the start of your booking
- A member of staff will always be on site during an event
- Please leave the place as you found it. For larger events you can factor in additional cleaning costs and waste disposal
- There are bins provided on site, but if your rubbish exceeds these bins you can either take it away with you, or you’ll be charged for additional waste disposal
- Catering, AV equipment & furniture hire will come from Village Underground's approved suppliers Drinks will be purchased directly from the venue
- If you want to bring your own catering / drinks etc, you will have to pay a catering buy-out fee (typically £1500+VAT), or a corkage fee for drinks (which I'll work out based on the length of the event / number of guests etc)

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
