PLEASE NOTE:

• Pricing notice: The pricing listed is the opening price for a simple rental with minimal set up on weekdays 9am-5pm. For anything more than this (e.g. parties, dinners, events with catered food), a bespoke price will be required and can be discussed after enquiring via Sharesy.
  
• There is a minimum charge of £320 per booking, if your booking costs less, you will be charged the difference or your booking will be rejected.
  
• Additional security cost required. Security requirements vary per event, but cost £30 per guard per hour, typically with 1 security required per 75 people.
  
• If your event involves more than three contractors, you will be required to hire a professional event planner or event manager, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in advance. Any event planner must be approved by us (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
  Contractors include caterers, waiting staff, DJs, AV suppliers, photographers, florists, decorators, entertainment staff and any other supplier whose staff will be on site for more than five minutes (ie. beyond a simple delivery or collection).
  Contractors do not include straightforward "drop-and-go" deliveries where no meaningful setup, supervision or operation is required and the supplier is on site for five minutes or less, such as supermarket deliveries or glassware/crockery hire deliveries.

• All suppliers must provide valid Public Liability Insurance, a Risk Assessment, and a signed copy of our Contractor Guidelines. It is your responsibility to collect and provide these documents for all suppliers engaged for your event.
