• During the induction (which takes place prior to the hire date), hirers will be given entry details which include access codes.
• There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided

• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Ask venue staff for bags and take the rubbish with you
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it

Parking and loading

• There are no parking spaces on site
• Metered parking is available on the surrounding roads. This is paid via the Ringo app.
• There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
