- 5. Report Damage: If any damage occurred during the booking, it should be reported to venue staff before leaving
- 6. Equipment Return: Any rented equipment should be returned to the specified location or staff
- 7. Final Walkthrough: Encourage a final walkthrough with venue staff to ensure everything is in order
