House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- Please message me beforehand for instructions

- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Make sure the curtains are pulled, you will have to step out and reach in with your arm to pull the curtains. The door has 2 locks, so it needs to be double locked. All plugs need to be switched off at the mains. Any damages, stains etc must be reported to the owner.

- There are 12 parking spaces on site
- There is no on-street parking directly outside the venue
- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
