We are entirely happy with our space at the Hornsey Vale Community Centre. It suits our needs completely. Sharesy seems to work well as the booking agency, and my only complaint would be that we were not told about a closure of the space in July and I had to write and ask the Administrator if the space was going to be open to us throughout the summer holidays. So maybe a bit more communication regarding holiday times?

I'm a regular hirer of the small hall and it's always clean with all of the equipment that I need in the adjacent kitchen working well. Emma the manager is very welcoming and helpful and supportive. I could not recommend renting from HVCC more, it's a lovely community space that goes above and beyond to support local people making connections to benefit their wellbeing.

We hire the hall through the U3A but I am informed regularly by email of other activities and useful information that may have an impact on our bookings. The hall is always clean and so are other areas such as toilets etc. Staff are always friendly and ready to help. Thank you all.

The venue was perfect for our five-year-old son's birthday party. We hired the main hall and adjoining smaller hall which was plenty of space for our 60+ guests. The facilities are great, the kitchen has everything you need, plenty of chairs and tables and a sound system. The key man, Aman, was lovely and the staff were all very organised and helpful.

The centre is a great place and in a fantastic location. It has a great mix of rooms for different activities. The room that I used was small, clean, tidy and nicely laid out. Unfortunately, I found the chairs to be really uncomfortable because they are of the deck chair type. They were not supportive enough for my back which was pretty sore by the time I left. Apart from that I think its a great place to rent out.

Amazing venue!
Lots of space for a fair/market/exhibition/party or any medium to big size event.
All that you need on site. Great kitchen too and you can hire additional rooms.
Extremely friendly, approachable and helpful staff.
Children's toilet and disabled toilet very easily accessible.
Plenty of parking spaces on the streets and free at weekends.
A very positive experience and would not only highly recommend but will definitely hire again.

This was an excellent place to have a party and everyone was really helpful. There were clear guidelines about how the space can be used and how we should leave the hall after the event. The kitchen is large enough to organise food for a large number of people and all equipment was clean and in good condition.

Keyholder wasn't very friendly, quite rude and abrupt. Bins were 3/4 full when arrived at venue so had to leave with rubbish. Both fridges were also full from previous guests who had used venue but not emptied or cleaned the kitchen space.
