House rules
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- You will be given contact details (via email) for your venue host before your event. You should meet you host at the front gate, on Holborn Viaduct, when you arrive (not more than 5 minutes before your hire period begins).
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking

Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is no on-street parking directly outside the venue
- There is a 20 minute allowance for unloading on Snow Hill, adjacent to the West End door of the church.
