The school hall was an absolutely lovely venue for hosting a party. I will recommend to other parents.
School Field Hire, Holtspur School & Pre-School
Large open school field with lined football pitch and goals.
Can also be used for other sports and competitions.
Great for outdoor parties in the summer, with space to set up inflatables, marquees or activities for kid's parties.
Public Liability Insurance is mandatory for recurring hirers, a letter of assurance will also be required.

- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Collect key from a lockbox
- No caretaker during hire, all hire is self supporting and will be required to unlock the main gate to gain entry and required to lock gates when exiting
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- No alcohol, ever
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- A thorough check of all areas used to include toilets must be carried out and any cleaning carried out as required
- You must lock all doors and gates and secure the premises

- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekends
- There is no designated loading bay, please unload from where you have parked

We love using the dining hall space, it is a lovely space to run a holiday camp. The booking system is simple to use and no problems with opening and closing the building.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
