Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- A member of NXT Level staff at the reception will let the customer in and then direct them from to their spaces. Please do not leave children unsupervised on or around the site and there is no smoking or dogs allowed.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No loud music
- No vaping
- No alcohol, ever
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Ensure you are off the site no later than 15 minutes after your booking. Leave the room exactly as it was found and report any damage to the reception staff immediately.
Parking and loading
- There is 1 parking space on site
- There is on-street parking with no restrictions
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
- One vehicle per customer group is entitled to park in the school car park off the side off Reddons Road. The other customers will be able to park on the on-street parking along Lennard Rd, Reddons Rd and Aldersmead Road. They will then need to go to the front of the site opposite the playing field where there are NXT Level and Harris Girls' Bromley banners and ring the external door bell.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
