Ground Floor Hire, The Fable
The Ground Floor is an event space in The Fable centered on floor-to-ceiling picture windows that flood the open-plan dining area with daylight.
Design: The space pairs exposed industrial ceilings and visible services with warm reclaimed-wood flooring, metal decorative screens and curated plant displays for an informal, contemporary look.
Features: The space includes a PA system and speakers and permits own music, complemented by Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The layout uses movable tables and chairs so bar-height tables, dining tables and lounge seating can be reconfigured for seated dining or a standing reception.
Ideal for: Social groups seeking a relaxed, sociable setting that combines seated dining and standing reception formats.
What guests say: The space is warm and welcoming with an easygoing atmosphere. The space is supported by attentive staff who keep service running smoothly during events.
