House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- They are welcome to enter the hall they have booked. It will be open and ready for use.
- If there are any problems our caretaker will be around
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- You are welcome to use the tables and chairs however please note that we do not set up any furniture on your behalf. You are responsible for setting up and packing everything away after use.
- Music, microphones, and any amplified sound must be kept at a low and respectful volume at all times to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
- No smoking
- No vaping
- No alcohol, ever
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
