- Ring the main doorbell
- Bookers can arrive to the 1st floor of Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre, ring the reception door bell where a member of staff shall buzz them through and advise on where to go for their booking
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
