The Space:
Our studio is fully equipped for strength training, conditioning work, and group fitness classes. We have Concept2 Ski-Ergs, Rowers as well as Assault Runners and Echo Bikes. Four station rig, with plenty of barbells, plates, dumbbells. Other conditioning equipment including sled track, sleds for pushing and pulling with a rope, wall balls and targets.
