• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
• Wait in reception for a member of staff
• We'll have someone at the front desk who will help you get signed in and show you around the space.
• A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
• No loud music
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
• Leave promptly after your event

• Guests are warmly welcomed. Please sign them in at the iPad upon arrival.

• Meeting rooms and phone booths are shared resources—book thoughtfully and honour your allotted time.
• Leave shared areas clean, tidy, and ready for the next person.
• While the space is accessible, it is intended for focused work and collaboration; sleeping or using the space as overnight accommodation is not permitted. 4. Events & Socials
• Events are opportunities to connect, collaborate, and welcome others.
• Enjoy drinks responsibly while respecting the space and each other.
• Care for the building and equipment so everyone can enjoy them. 5. Safety & Security
• Access the space using your fob and warmly welcome visitors once they are signed in.
• Ensure doors close securely when you exit.
• Report any concerns about facilities, security, or safety promptly. 6. Accountability
• Everyone is responsible for upholding this Code of Conduct.
• Concerns can be raised directly with the Encode team—in person or by email—so that they can be addressed appropriately. 7. The Spirit of the Hub

Parking and loading

• There are no parking spaces on site
• There is no on-street parking directly outside the venue
• There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
