House rules
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- Main hirer will receive a signing in sheet, this will be their responsibility to ensure all of their group are signed in. If the fire alarm sounds during their session they need to bring the sheet to the designated point for a role call.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking

- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event

Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
