Dance Studio Hire, DanceWest Studio
Our DanceWest studio is bright, spacious and ideal for rehearsals, classes and events, with excellent natural light and ventilation. We have proudly hosted rehearsals and filming for the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing and ITV’s Good Morning Britain.The studio is located within Sands End Arts & Community Centre (SW6 3EZ), an award-winning, accessible and sustainable building. The centre includes an on-site café with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Location & Transport:DanceWest is in the heart of Fulham a stone's throw away from Chelsea and the vibrant Kings Road.
- Parsons Green (District line) 5 minute walk.
- Imperial Wharf (London Overground) 15 minute walk.
- Wandsworth Town (South Western Rail) 20 minute walk.
The Studio:
- Our studio measures 15 meters by 10 meters. From floor to ceiling, the height is approximately 5 meters.
- Capacity: for a dance class we suggest 20-25 guests. For a Yoga class, we can hold 30 guests.
- Fully sprung Harlequin dance floor with a grey BioCote finish.
- Natural ventilation and large floor fans.
- Underfloor heating.
- Integrated sound system.
- 8x Yoga mats.

- 4x Portable dance mirrors.
- 2x Harlequin Ballet barres.

Access:
- The studio and reception provide step-free access for all visitors.
Thank you for your interest in hiring our studio. DanceWest is a registered charity. Approximately 70% of your hire fee is reinvested into delivering vital community programmes, helping to make West London healthier and happier through participation in dance.

House rules
- A trained receptionist who manages the building, opens and closes the space, greets clients and prepares the studio as required.
- Professionally cleaned before all hires.
- Exclusive, private use of the building and studio during hire.
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site.
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekends.
- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.
