This is a unique music studio with a state-of-the-art concert grand piano as the centrepiece and other vintage equipment. The big windows mean there is a lot of natural light. Alternatively, the burnt orange velvet curtains can blackout all natural light. All of the lighting is connected to Philips Hue. By connecting to the Wi-Fi and downloading the Philips Hue app means you can adjust the brightness as well as the direction of the spot lights. The entire back wall is dark oak panelling; this mixed with an impressive mixing console, plants, and mid-century furniture makes it one of the most aesthetically pleasing music studio rooms in London.

- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- We are right by Hackney Downs overground station. It's the glass door next to Tesco Express. Please buzz number 12 and a member of staff will buzz you up. A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking

- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event

Parking and loading
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
- Located on Spurstowe Terrace, halfway down the road on the left by the black shutters
- If you are coming by car, paid street parking is best on either Spurstowe Road or Sigdon Road.
