Dacorum Education Support Centre’s insurance do not cover third party hire. To hire this space, you must have your own insurance, or you can get in touch to arrange insurance through the centre, which will incur a further cost.

House rules
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
- Hire start 3.30-4.00pm: report to reception
- Later than 4.00pm or weekends and holidays, ring facilities Manager on 07534 927951
- One-off hires will require facilities manager or staff member to be on site
- Long term bookings can be given key-holding privileges
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking - if you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking
- No vaping

- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
Parking and loading
- There are 35 parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There is no designated loading space but parking is available right next to the building

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
