- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- The lead booker should meet Diego, 15 minutes at least before, so we can do a quick check-in, this should all be discussed in a 1 on 1 meeting before the event

- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- Alcohol must be approved by venue

- This is not a town hall, any outside catering will need public liability insurance to come on site and serve food. Room hire charge will increase due and a refundable deposit must be paid, for any damages or clean-ups needed
