Our venue on Orpington High Street is conveniently located near bus routes and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. We offer a 30-seater space equipped with excellent amenities, including a sound system, projector, plus easy access to nearby shops. We also provide an in-house decorator for your event, available upon request.

House rules
- Please arrive no more than 45 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- They can meet me (Noah) or one of our representatives at the Hope HQ Office (opposite to the Community Hub)
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- No alcohol, ever
- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- • Customers using sing the space are allowed to arrive 45 minutes before their booking time to arrange tables, chairs, and decorate the venue, if desired.
- • We do not allow any adhesive tapes to be stuck on walls, glass, or any surface in the hall. Blu-Tack may be used for decorations; however, we encourage customers to consult one of our venue coordinators, who will be available on the event day.
- • Before leaving the hall after the event, customers must ensure all decorations are removed. Tables and chairs must be returned to their original locations.
- • Lights, projectors, and the audio system should be turned off before leaving the venue.
- • Customers are required to bring their own bin bags and clear all rubbish. Our venue coordinators will direct them to the appropriate disposal area before departure
- You can meet Noah or one of our representatives at the Hope HQ Office (across from the Community Hub)
Parking and loading
- There are Walnuts Shopping Centre parking spaces on site
- Cars can be parked at the Walnuts Shopping Centre car park
- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.
