- Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start time
- Ring the doorbell at the Common Ground entrance, at the gate beside the Bell & Crown
- The community team are on-site to provide access between 8.30am and 5.30pm
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
