Rehearsal Room 1 offers ample space and features a fully mirrored wall, creating a bright and warm ambience suitable for various occasions such as dance rehearsals, photo shoots, or meetings. Equipped with a whiteboard and a PA system, the room provides essential tools for effective communication and collaboration.
Additionally, complimentary WIFI is available for your convenience. If needed, arrangements can be made to provide a keyboard for your specific requirements.
On weekends, there is a minimum hire duration of 3h.

- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
- Please either call 07469973529 or go up to first floor and knock on the Collective Office Door.
- Most of the time, you will find staff on 1st floor (2 in the lift) in the Collective Office. Just knock on the door!
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- For public performances, our bar operators have exclusive Food & Beverage Rights, so no outside food or drink can be brought into the performance venue.
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site and into the bins. No need to take anywhere.
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please stack chairs where applicable. Please leave quietly as it's a residential area, especially after 8pm.
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
- Drive up Newington Barrow Way (off Hornsey Road). Keep going for 200m until you see Silver Bollards. The venue will then need to let you in.
