Multi purpose hall equipped with a dividing wall which can be split down the middle.
The organiser should call the site manager to gain access when they arrive to set up.
A caretaker will be on site for the event.
Not all sporting activities are welcome - sports played by young kids (up to primary age) are allowed, as are sports where damage/breakage risk is low e.g., badminton/table tennis.
Commercial organisations that wish to hire the hall must have their own PLI, but this isn't required by events organised by individuals.

House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the booking time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it

- Charges are to begin/end when the organiser arrives/departs on site, so when booking please choose a time that allows you to sufficiently set up/tidy up as well as allowing the last of your attendees to leave
Parking and loading
- There is a parking lot next to the West Hall, but it is only available for the event organiser. It is controlled by keypad entry, so for security reasons it can't be given to all attendees.
- There is street parking around the school but restrictions may apply during daytime hours. In the evenings, there shouldn’t be any parking restrictions.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
