With its high ceilings, exposed beams, and industrial lighting fixtures, the space is perfect for hosting events such as concerts, art exhibits, and receptions.
There is a cosy bar nook measuring 4x5.6m and separate side room measuring approx 5mx5m providing additional breakout spaces.

Kitchen (including appliances & utensils): £25 per hour
Tech: Basic tech option available from £50. Access to full PA system & sound engineer: £350 per day. Add on options go up to 7hrs, but if you need the AV equipment/sound technician for any longer, please get in touch.

Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before booking
- Booking time should include set up and pack down time before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- No alcohol sales allowed
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- This includes:
- a) Washing and drying any items used in the kitchen and returning them to their original location
- b) Removing all personal belongings – including any food and drink from the kitchen (and fridge) – at the end of the booking
- c) Wiping down surfaces in the kitchen/bar area
- d) Sealing all rubbish (including unwanted decorations) in bags (provided by the venue). Bags must not be overfilled
- e) Taking rubbish bags outside to put into the relevant waste/recycling bins at the front of the property

- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
