Our flexible Community Studio is available to hire for your team’s Christmas get-together this year! Whether you’re looking for a dinner set up, a flexible space to host your own activities or you’d like to work with our team to organise a creative team workshop with one of our resident artists, you can make the space your own.
We can offer flexible drinks packages so you and your team can celebrate the end of year with a bit of sparkle, drinks, and canapes to match.

- Please do not arrive before your booked time.
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff.
- All Community Studios hirers will be required to read and adhere to the below Tannery Arts | Drawing Room (TA | DR) policy, which can be downloaded from drawingroom.org.uk/hire. A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help. The Community Studio is available for hire between 8am – 11pm. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we feel it is not suitable for our venue. The hire period includes set-up and tidying time, which must be solely managed by the hirer.

- No vaping.
- Alcohol must be approved by venue.
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site.
- Leave promptly after your event.
- Leave the space as you found it.
- Furniture will be set out as requested for the beginning of the hire. Furniture must be returned correctly to the store cupboard after use, under guidance of the Duty Manager. TA | DR will provide basic cleaning equipment (cloths, cleaning spray, hoover, dustpan-brush) for the hirer to clean up at the end of their hire.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
