• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
• Ring the main doorbell, and if no answer, wait at the front door for member of staff. You can also contact the designated staff member (contact info will be provided closer tot he booking)
• There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
• No smoking
• No vaping
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Please leave the hall/kitchen as found. There is a dishwasher you can load (the staff member will turn it on during lock up), and cleaning materials in the kitchen cupboards you can use to wipe down counters/tables/surfaces. There is also a hoover in the kitchen.

• There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
• There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
