Sharesy doesn't have the live availability of the spaces, we booked the larger room originally but it wasn't actually available and then we booked this room at an earlier time and had to move it later in the day as it was double booked. The room DOES NOT have a 40 person capacity, maybe if we were stood in there chest to chest, I would say don't invite more that 25 because it was extremely cramped, half the room was filled with a massive tv on wheels, and 2 Christmas trees, we were celebrating a little ones birthday so having it overshadowed by Christmas was quite disappointing. Finally random people kept coming into our space, kids and adults was quite annoying asking people to remove themselves from my sons party. Unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere in the future.
