- Go upstairs to the Main Bar and introduce themselves to the Bar/ Facilities Manager
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- A deposit will be required for any accidental breakages and the Kitchen is not for public use.
