• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
• Ring the main doorbell on arrival Press the bell on arrival and someone will buzz you in. If you are early you can sit in the co working space where there is access to complimentary Tea, Coffee & filtered water as well as sound proof phone booths for personal calls. A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it

• There are no parking spaces on site
• There is no on-street parking directly outside the venue
• There is a designated space for unloading on site called Glasshoue Yard

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
