Our meeting room is a versatile and comfortable space, ideal for small team sessions, client meetings, or collaborative work. The room accommodates 4 to 5 people and is available for booking from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Wednesdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursdays and Friday. We aim to provide a welcoming and functional environment. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and water throughout the day. Additional amenities include access to a communal-use kitchen and an on-site toilet for your convenience. Upon request, we can arrange presentation and meeting equipment, including a whiteboard, flatscreen TV, and projector, to support your session's needs. Parking is available on a subject-to-availability basis. For those requiring more predictable access, we offer business parking vouchers at a rate of £6.50 per hour.Please note: All bookings must be a minimum of 1 hour.

- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- When you arrive in the courtyard, walk past the car park.
- Look for the first set of light yellow doors on your right.
- Once you're there, ring the buzzer labeled Bespoke Spaces
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking

- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please wash up and dirty cutlery & crockery before leaving the premises.
