- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- A member of staff will be there to provide entrance into the centre
- An emergency number (staff on duty) will be provided for use on day of event for concerns, etc.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- There is a checklist for hirers to sign as a final check of the hired room
- Cancellation policy: Hirers must advise the Hub Management staff in writing no less than 1 month prior to any cancellations to their bookings. Less than 1 months’ notice will result in full or partial loss of the total booking fee. This will be calculated by the length of time between the event date and the cancellation notification, as follows: A. If less than one month (30 days), 10% of the total cost of the function B. If less than two weeks (14 days), 50% of the total cost of the function C. If less than one week (7 days), 100% of the total cost of the function

We hired a small room to hold a meeting at the Centre. The receptionist was very attentive and kind. The room was well lit and heating was accessible. It's a good space to hold small meetings in a quiet environment.
