The Auditorium Hire, 47 Bastwick Street
Our tier seated Auditorium is a charming, unique and spacious theatre, located on the ground floor of our contemporary venue. The space can comfortably seat 148 guests and is equipped with AV equipment for an all-encompassing experience. The Auditorium is fitted with a 3m x 1.68m screen, HD projector, built in ceiling speakers, as well as a lectern and microphone, offering an impressive AV experience. The auditorium is equipped with intimate mood lighting, allowing you to adjust the lights to match the events requirements. Make the most of the lights by closing in the black out blinds, although these can be opened to flood the room with natural light if you prefer. The in-room temperature control makes it the perfect venue space all year round for conferences, seminars, or awards ceremonies.
Breakout space is located adjacent to the auditorium in the Belgrave Suite, which can be divided into two meeting rooms, each with integrated AV equipment, providing ideal breakout, exhibition or catering space. If you're interested in booking the suite and the auditorium, please get in touch with Sharesy and you will receive 25% off the price of the Belgrave Suite if you book both spaces!
Please note, we will charge an additional £25 per hour after 7pm for out of hours security. The charge will be applied after booking.

Venue policies
House rules
- Arrival time is subject to availability and will be agreed with the venue in advance
- On arrival our Front of House team will be there to welcome and show where the room is and answer any questions
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help No loud music
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site - bins are available in all rooms
- When you are finished, please tell the Front of House team so they can start to clean the room
- Leave promptly after your event

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
