Decline a booking

If your space is not available for the time booked but you can accept a different time that day, or e.g. a week later, please suggest alternative times. We can then discuss this with the booker and reschedule their booking if everyone agrees.

Declining a booking will not immediately notify the booker - instead Sharesy support will be notified and we will contact the booker to discuss the best option for them.
