Important terms
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 6 weeks in advance will receive a full refund.
Any bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance will have a 48 hour grace period for cancellation with full refund.
Cancellations up to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance will receive no refund.
At a small number of venues, there are specific cancellation policies which will be shown during checkout.
Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
Booking fee
We charge a £2 fee per booking to cover operational costs.
