Do NOT hire this space. I had it booked for my 4 year olds birthday party on a Saturday from 11-2, after arriving to set up we stood in the heat with food cake and decorations for an hour with no way of getting hold of anyone only to be told the lady who was meant to be letting us in thought it was the Sunday. I had 20 four year olds (including my excited daughter) due to arrive for a party. We were frantic in trying to find a contingency with minutes to spare in the scorching heat. Absolutely unforgivable.

Hiring the hall is super easy. I called to arrange a viewing after - accommodated me with ease and gave a clear explanation of how things worked. Children were on site so we were limited but offered for us to return out of hours. We were given a set of keys a few days in advance which was excellent and only negative was that on the day, the kitchen was locked and we had to hunt for the key as the emergency number was a voice machine that wasn't checked for the 30mins we tried to make contact for. Outdoor space is amazing for keeping children entertained... especially with a bouncy castle. Will use this hall again for sure ?

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
