Charming space full of character. Large indoor hall and beautiful outdoor garden with leafy trees.

Your booking will include the entire building. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 disabled), kids area with loads of toys, old library books on the walls, lots of artwork, comfy sofas, cute cafe tables, lots of stackable chairs and trestle tables, speakers, hot water heater, and more.

You can really make this space your own. We host parties: kids, 70th, school reunions, holiday parties; community groups: yoga, jamming circles, NCT groups, boardgame groups, women/men groups; Formal events: local elections,  memorial services.

We can do discounted rates for parties which will be £125 for 3 hours.

  • Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
