The space was excellent and exactly what we needed for our event. The hall, kitchen, and toilets were all clean, well-maintained, and felt safe. We had a great time, and David was incredibly helpful, friendly, supportive, and always on hand when we needed anything. Highly recommended!

I recently hired The Church of the Ascension Parish Hall for a wake, and the whole experience was excellent. Wendy, the hall manager, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and such a lovely woman — she made everything easy and stress-free during a difficult time. The hall itself was bright, spacious, and well maintained. The well-equipped kitchen, clean toilets, and convenient parking made it very practical, and all the facilities, along with the huge hall, were well worth the price. Everything ran smoothly, and Wendy was so kind and respectful throughout. I gave a 5-star rating because both the venue and the service were outstanding — I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, well-managed space for any occasion.

Responsive host, Tracey was great. The venue was well equipped for our community event.

The space was perfect for my daughter's birthday. We were able to use small tables and chairs for the kids, plus an outdoor space which the bigger kids used the most to run and play football. Tracey was incredibly helpful and quick in responding. I would definitely use the space again!

I rented this space for my son’s birthday and the whole experience was fantastic! I had originally booked a smaller room, but due to some ongoing work, they offered us the main hall instead and we loved it! There was plenty of space for the kids’ entertainment, and we used the other area for food. The children were thrilled to have such a big space to play in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking with them again.

David and Tracey were the perfect hosts! Tracey is so warm, friendly and accommodating and David is chilled and calming when I was flapping as an anxious celebrant he also has this knack of appearing from nowhere when you need him the most! Which gave us a few giggles. The space was large, light bright and fit for purpose, made perfect by its custodians Tracey and David! We hope we did it as proud as it did us! Xx

Tracey and her brother David took care of us from the viewing of the venue and accommodated us by letting us delivery some equipment the night before.

Such a lovely hall. Very clean and spacious. The disco lights really made a difference to. Great area for a kids or adult party. The man that opened for us was so friendly and helpful. We would 100% go back here. Already planning for my daughter birthday next year. I have mo complaints.

Wembley Art Society has met in the main hall for many years. The hall is warm bright and clean always, also the kitchen and toilets. We are happy to hire this hall. We have been given storage too for our materials and books and also room in the kitchen for our coffee and tea breaks, we are very happy with the hall and will remain there providing that we are able to pay the rent which is increasing next year.

We truly couldn't have asked for a better event venue. Nothing was too much trouble. We were very impressed with the organisation of the room when, and how David was to help us do our bit. The service was seamless and we had so many comments at how lovely it was. The room felt cousy and warm despite the very cold weather on the day and everyone had an fantastic time. Everything went brilliantly. David I really appreciated your professionalism and help before the event, especially as this was the first time I was in charge of hiring the hall, so there were probably many silly questions! You have always been prompt to reply and reliable in delivering information. We would definitely recommend this place.
