Staff were very easy to deal with. Relaxed and were accommodating. The venue itself is clean, very spacious, with private toilets and I cannot recommend enough. I would book again if it’s still in the market.

The security person and Alison was very kind with requests. However, upon arriving at the venue, the tables and chairs were all over the place& unorganized (unlike the default setting when we initially viewed the venue). We were very busy and short of time due to childcare so the extra work on top of the expected setup was quite disappointing. My husband did it alone because I was tending to our baby. We have requested microphone and speakers upon checkout but was not provided and we had to request twice. We were not instructed on anything so we also had to wait for staff to open air conditioning. We rented at the rate of £90+/hour for weekend so all the hassle and added was a letdown. Otherwise the venue would have been wonderful for the event.

The space was very suitable for our needs in terms of size and the facilities, and the staff were supportive. But on a Saturday the front section of the space is noisy with the Supermarket Mall muzak being so loud. However, they kindly lowered the volume for us. Thankyou!

Booking process is smooth and the staff at the 02 are friendly and very helpful. The Hall is great and flexible for our needs. It's a good size for big events.

The location is super convenient for most places in London and for people coming in from further afield. The team were super helpful and accommodating, both before our event and on the day.

I have been searching for a site for my group of adults with learning difficulties for some time. In the end contacting the O2 Centre Finchley Road, in the hope of finding a venue reasonably priced. The hire is to come from my pocket and I suppose as such is a charity thing, but I've never thought of it as such. On enquiry was so pleased to be offered a room for our purposes at a rate I can cover - for which I am really pleased. I know my group will be chuffed too - so thank you very much!

The Air conditioner wasn't working from the start of the event till the ending. It was burning hot for everyone and we reported it severally and nothing was done about it. It wasn't a good experience at all. A little fun was provided, not rotating as it worked on one direction. I WILL LIKE TO BE RECOMPENSED/ SOME REFUND AS IT WASN'T A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT ALL. Great venue, perfect for a kids party. Hiring via Sharesy was easy and the venue coordinators super helpful. Only thing to note is that the location of the room is quite obscure, best to have visit the space beforehand before making the decision to book.

It was very easy to book and sharesy got in touch at multiple points to offer the opportunity to ask questions. Plenty of tables and chairs to set up as needed. I understand bringing all your own cutlery, plates etc but would be better if there was a kettle available at least

the venue hall is very convenient for the community, everything is in order, we rent the venue since 2006 on a regular basis for prayers. The management staff and security are very helpful.

We had two main issues that on the day. The space was big enough for the event but the location was very difficult to find within the centre. I requested for signs to direct people to the event and even though this was agreed it was not done by staff until the last hour. I had to chase this up several times before it was done and even then i saw only one printed direction sign placed on the wall which did nothing to help. Due to the above issue many of our clients left without even seeing us and the frustrating part is that we were assured we could have signs directing our clients when we visited the venue a few weeks prior. This then lead to many disappointed clients who had to leave us negative reviews as they could not locate us. The second issue was actually accessing the space with our products. We had lots of boxes and were not allowed to use the separate lift to the space. We had to log heavy boxes up the stairs and this now caused us to open late. While this was happening management continued to send a member of staff to ask us to move our vehicle from the loading bay...as you can imagine this caused even more stress and absolute panic. Michael was an amazing member of staff who tried his hardest to assist which we appreciate. Our overall experience was very negative and i will not recommend this space to anyone in the future.
