Our Hall provides a flexible facility to meet your requirements whatever your needs. Its flexible options have made it popular to hire in the Epsom, Surrey area for many different types of events. Potential uses include meeting room, conference room, dance studio and parties.
Based on your requirements the room could be set up in many different ways, so please include full details on the booking request.
Our lettings are open 7 days a week with extended opening hours during school holidays. There is ample parking available onsite and our friendly staff are always available to help.
Note: We do not accept bookings for adult parties and alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Bouncy Castles/Inflatables are not permitted.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
