Our ground floor space is recently renovated, fitted with ERCO gallery spotlights throughout, and suitable for medium and even large events.
Ideal for exhibitions, screening, drinks receptions, launches, photo shoots and corporate events.
Our venue is a non-profit gallery space which has up to 4 changing art exhibitions per year running a few months at a time. Because of this there may be artworks and installations in the space during the hire. We will do our best to make sure your event works around this, and can provide images of the exhibition on at any one time.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
