King's House is great! I hosted and organised a charity fundraising gala in March. I rented out the entire building for our organisation and it was an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly - Geddy, the events manager was so organised and efficient. He was willing to work with us and be flexible with our needs. The building is new, a five minute walk from King's Cross Station, and located right on the high street. We have decided to already book in with them for next year.

I just worked with a client on my second event at King's House. It was a great success, and that was largely down to the incredible team at King's House - they are so helpful and kind, and elevated the event thanks to their expertise. The space is beautiful too. I will definitely be back!

Amazing space to hire for events! We booked the Luciana Room which is perfect for small groups up to 30ish people. Lots of natural light, rustic and plain decor, high ceilings, great atmosphere even greater staff. All of that in the heart of London, right next to King's Cross. Could not have been better.

We used this space for a one-day conference and awards ceremony. Such a great, beautiful, versatile spacer on a great location. We could use the main room for the conference programme, one of the side rooms for catering and the downstairs cafe for a drinks reception. It all worked really smoothly! The tech side works really well as well and they helped us stream the event on Youtube. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely use their space again!

We have used King's House for two different events now & both have been excellent. We first hired the venue back in summer for a corporate summer party, the venue is a great space & dry hire so you can provide your own drinks, food, DJ, music etc which is great. The second event was most recent we used the venue for a corporate live stream, the day was a success and everyone on the live stream was impressed with the filming & location. The staff are so helpful and are on hand to help out. A big thank you to Geddy & Sam.
We look forward to hosting another event here in the future!

We used this venue for our most recent event and it was a wonderful space, in the heart of King's Cross. The tech provision is great and they helped us livestream the event via Zoom which ran pretty smoothly. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the day and we would recommend hiring this venue!

Awesome space for community events. We hosted an event for about 150 people that included talks, music and networking. The cafe downstairs was separate to main meeting room which was good to prevent background noise as people were speaking. The meeting space has high production quality and great acoustics. Their team were outstanding from start to finish. Communicated really clearly and went above and beyond. Their process was also super simple. Highly recommend.

- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
