What this space offers
The Transition Hub
The equipment that did work on the day was ok and we were satisfied however. Unfortunately the PS5 did not work , the PSP(s) did not work,there was no wifi due to a break in 2 weeks earlier we were told ,but we had no notification of this prior to our visit causing some upset with our client group. There was no air hockey table as advertised on the website when we booked leaving one of our young ladies very disappointed. Finally one of our group put her money in the vending machine to then be told it did not work, there was no out of order sign on the machine and when asking if she could have her money back we were told no.
Overall for the price we paid for our group of young adults was not reflective of the service we received and we will NOT be returning.
