Functional and friendly, our 200 sq foot meeting room provides a quiet, private and productive space to host your meetings, workshops and presentations. It can host 8 seated or 12 standing, with sofa space providing a more relaxed, intimate corner for therapy or similar.
They are fully accessible spaces, with Wi-Fi available upon arrival, and teas and coffees available for a small fee. And, as a not-for-profit venue, you know your event is in turn supporting the vision of bringing new life to King’s Cross and beyond.

Cancellations
This venue has custom cancellation terms which will be shown to you at checkout.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
