Measuring 400sq ft, Studio 1 has access to a kitchen and a small outdoor space.
The space is self-access, via a lock box code.

- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
